Poll shows Palin trounced Biden in tonight’s debate: 71%-28%.
As poll results after poll results are being reported all across the blogoshphere in a thinly-veiled attempt to try and persuade public opinion surrounding the presidential campaign, what could one more poll result hurt? After all, one more meaningless poll must be what we all want to read. Otherwise, why would every news entity in the free world be conducting them?
In the unscientific and equally as relevant DrudgeReport.com poll now indicates, Gov. Sarah Palin won the sole VP debate tonight based on over two-hundred thousand votes cast: Palin 71%, Biden just 28%,, nearly a 3-to-1 margin.
WHO WON THE VICE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE?…

What does it all mean? Nothing actually. Same as all of the other up/down polls. The only poll that really matters will come in just over 30 days from now. Everything else is just speculation, calculation, and fodder for the masses to debate up until election day.

Actually, head over to ABC and the blog over there and see what people are saying. It’s pretty shocking.
CBS shows Biden winning, but who takes CBS seriously? I’ll bet this was a night Katie was willing to work overtime.
Dear Steve:
I am not at all surprised that CBS’ poll shows Biden won, and I can just imagine how the left-wing loons on ABC’s blogs must be ripping into Palin with a vile viciousness. The networks have lost viewers by the bushel in recent years and yet they persist in being banal mouthpieces for the liberal agenda. It is shameful and sickening.
CNN is in full partisan-mode tonight, doing their best to bash Palin and lift-up der gaffemeister, Joe Biden. Between goofy Gloria Borger and the repulsive Hilary Rosen, they make Katie Couric look like a “fair and balanced” broadcaster and not just another aging and angry agenda-driven broad behind a microphone who will stoop to any level to propel Obama into the White House. (Hello, “ladies” at The View!)
YOU GUYS ARE REALLY BAD SPORTS, ALL THE POLLS SAID SEN. BIDEN WON BY HUGH MARGINS,GUESS YOU BETTER GET USED TO IT, ENOUGH OF THE GOP,WHO HAS RUN US ALL INTO THE GROUND, GO HOME SARAH AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY AND ALASKA.
Joy:
That will be your last post on this site. Save your stupidity for your family gatherings. I don’t even mind so much your stooping to saying such asinine things as “all the polls said” but when you don’t know the difference between “hugh” and “huge,” well, I just have to send you back home to Momma.
You’re not worthy of playing in the big leagues. And please drag one of your hairy knuckles up to the keyboard and turn off your damn “caps lock” button you blithering buffoon.
And then of course, have a nice day on your way out.
If you can tell me that the Drudge Report isn’t over biased to the Republicans, then i’ll believe those numbers. Just like if the WSJ who has been biased to the Democrats would probably have polls showing the opposite.
Why do you continue to promote numbers like this from such a biased source. I don’t have a problem admitting bias exists in media outlets. I would trust CNN numbers since they seem more realistic showing Biden ahead but not by a 3 to 1 margin. I would say more Republicans watch CNN than say Democrats casting votes on Drudge.
Lastly, do you really have to insult everybody who makes comments on your blog? You don’t get any credibility when you do that. Please post some responses but in a meaningful and polite manner.
As you said, the real poll comes on Nov. 4. We’ll see.
Dear dayooch:
You are completely missing the reason for me posting that poll. It is to showcase the silliness of all of the polls and poll results circulating these days. People cling to the results that best suit their desires and political agenda. Surveys and polls are all too often manipulated and filtered until the “results” reflect the desired effect. And yet so many people swallow them whole, without question.
I can’t drag you to the light of reality if you insist on inserting your claws into the concrete in resistance.
Please explain to me how the DrudgeReport.com Web site would be more appealing to Republicans than it would be to Democrats? He posts links to other news sources. Should I interpret from your remark that you don’t believe Democrats want to be educated? (Oh, wait, now I begin to see your point…)
Your statement “I would trust CNN numbers since thy seem more realistic” just makes my head hurt. Why exactly would you trust something because of what it seems? Relative to what does it seem trustworthy? Help me to understand your thought process here… CNN is blatantly biased. Period. End of story. So why should their numbers be trusted any more than the Drudge Report? So Biden won because CNN said he did? You’re going to have to explain that one to me or better yet just send me two Advil…
Fact is, more Democrats watch FOX than Republicans watch CNN. So when CNN boasts about their “no bull, no bias” coverage, it’s laughable. CNN is as slanted as Joe Biden’s forehead.
Finally, I am not being insulting I am simply not suffering fools gladly. There is a distinct difference. If someone feels insulted it is more likely because I struck a nerve. If you seek “meaningful and polite” please join a book club or seek out the nearest Wal-Mart and spend time with their greeter at the front doors.
All you’re going to find here is unapologetic reality. But I do hope you continue to come back. I have hope for you. But first you have to be willing to switch off CNN—or at least watch it with somewhat less wide-eyed naivety.
Have a good night my friend.
Sorry Jeanie, I had to deny/delete your second comment. You were completely around the bend with all of your acidic and baseless accusations, manifestations, and manufactured brainless bullshit and ad hominem attacks on Gov. Palin and her family.
Peddle those tiresome “thoughts” over at DailyKos, not here. This is a no idiotic anger nor vicious vitriol zone.
So, now we have censorship on blogs. Nice. Print what you want, discard what doesn’t fit your agenda. So who is bias now?
If you’re referring to Jeanie’s comment, please refer to the guidelines posted under “About Bolsonon.” Just because you have a mouth doesn’t mean you have the right to viciously attack another–at least not on my blog—with statements so preposterous and putrid that your sanity has to be questioned.
In addition to the mouth you must also engage your brain—again, at least on this blog.
For the record, of the hundreds and hundreds of comments posted here, less than a handful have been so hateful and horrid that I was forced to delete them. Jeanie qualifies for that crass club of kooks.
Call it censorship if you like. I called it “good house keeping” and protecting civil communication.
If that doesn’t work for you, get over it.
how is insulting people and using the foul language you do as civil and not a vicious attack?
Am i an Obama supporter? Well in the spirit of a “folksy” executive from the energy rich state of Alaska, “You betcha!” LOL. Look i understand your support of a losing team. Hey i’m a New York Yankees Fan, but guess what? they suck this year, just like the Mccain ticket. In reality, regardless what fictional article you write about how great palin did, which she did better than anyone expected, to no avail, she’s still on the losing team. I support anyone regardless of party affiliation if i feel they come across a certain way (Reagan, Clinton, even George W before 2004). This time around, the republicans got nothin. So write whatever you feel, after all it is a free country but come nov 5 we all know who’s gonna win this…
Steve-O:
You resorted to using “suck” to make your point? Kindly get back on the bus and ride back to your junior high school.
